2021 has been exciting and complicated in equal measure. After our successful launch, we enjoy ongoing successes, in behind the scenes policy fora, third party engagements and the visible frontline. We have a primed pipeline of current and future activities to look forward to. We thank our personnel who have taken on additional workloads and our registrants for their perseverance and entrepreneurial determination in all their activities.
The activities of our professional family have been heavily accented by the Long Covid effects of the pandemic. With a level of irony. Our own establishment of extended DwME organisational mechanisms and structure has been heavily paced by covid infections among key personnel. This irony highlights the ever increasing importance of our mission and vision for the field of post-viral disease. 2022 will prove to be increasingly fruitful and productive on all fronts, with numerous exciting developments underway.
